1. Are all your products Australian?
We are a dedicated small business committed to sourcing beautiful Australian made products. Sometimes we purchase from Australian companies that acquire some of their goods from offshore, for example Bahen & co use cacao beans from Madagascar and Vietnam to make their beautiful chocolate in their Margaret River chocolate factory. And of course our Champagne is from France!
2. Can I add a personal message to my gift?
Of course! You will be prompted to do so when checking out with your order.
3. Can I customise my gift?
YES we love these especially! If you like the look of a box but would like to change things around, add or remove items, we can do that as all our gifts are made to order. 4. Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Australia.
5. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we are located in Ivanhoe. You can pick up your order from our office by appointment. To arrange pick up please contact us at info@appleseedgiftbox.com or call Lisa on 0417 350 310. We can offer same day pick up (call Lisa for any urgent orders), next day or specified date that the gift is required.
6. What are delivery costs?
Delivery in Australia is a flat rate of $20 per box. Express shipping is $30 per box.
7. Do you ship internationally?
We occasionally ship internationally and can obtain a quote for your international delivery upon request. Obviously it will depend on weight of package and country. We use Australia Post as the reliable source with tracking and sms / email updates. Please call Lisa on 0417 350 310 to discuss.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once you have purchased your gift you will be sent all the tracking information you need.
9. What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, eft and BPAY.
10. Returns
Appleseed respects and honours its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. We understand there may be unusual occurrences of damaged, faulty or wrongly described goods. In this case we are more than happy to provide an exchange or a refund if the product is sold out.
If you are in need of a replacement, exchange or refund please reach out to us with your order number, supporting photos and reason for return.

11. Alcohol clause
You need to be over 18 to order alcohol so keep this in mind when choosing your box.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.
